We proudly intruduce Palmsurf IPP which is produced by Stabilchem (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a Division of IOI Group. Palmsurf IPP is a safe emollients made from natural ingredients, widely used in Cosmetics and Personal Care products and selective applications.

It provides good spreading-over capacity to cosmetics, so as to nourish skin with smooth but not tacky feeling. It is good solvent for oilly and greasy substances, and is difficult to be hydrolyzed and deteriorated through acidification.
